• Attended WBAF World Congress 2019 at Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul, Turkey during 17-19 February 2019 and delivered two lectures on “Entrepreneurs In Residence Programmes to Cultivate Intrapreneurship” and “Innovation Education for Non-Business Students” respectively.
• Joined Global Entrepreneurship camp (GEC)-2019 in USIM-Malaysia jointly organized by Daffodil International University and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia; delivered his speech titled “Learn from real Entrepreneur” on 9th February 2019

• Participated as the Keynote Speaker at the International Conference on Advancements in Engineering Education (iCAEED 2018) at the 3rd Global Circle for Scientific, Technological and Management Research (GCSTMR) World Congress, Western Sydney University (WSU), Sydney, Australia, a public university with it's 50000+ students, during 3-6 December 2018.
• Joined Global Circle for Scientific, Technological and Management Research (GCSTMR) during 3-6 December 2018 at Western Sydney University, Sydney, Australia; delivered his keynote speech on “Private University Sector in Indian Subcontinent: Success story of Daffodil International University”.
• Visited the Japan University of Economics on its celebration of 50th year of operations.
• Joined AUAP Conference at Pattaya, Thailand during 18-21 November 2018, where he has ordained the official position of Vice President of AUAP.
• Participated the 19th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World (The Global Peace Congress 2018) on Article 51 of the Constitution of India as the Guest of Honour from 14-17 November 2018 hosted by City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow, India.
• Joined the 14th Annual Convocation of the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He was conferred upon the honorary D Litt. for his contribution.
• Participated 17th Asian University Presidents Forum (AUPF) at Petra Christian University, Surabaya, Indonesia during 6-8 November 2018 and presented his paper. DIU is to host this event next year.
• Delivered Keynote Speech at the 3rd Applied International Business Conference 2018 Labuan F. T, Labuan, Malaysia during 23-24 October 2018.
• Delivered Keynote Speech at 1st International Conference on Localizing the Sustainable Development Goals to improve health outcomes: Research and Practice at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University, North Sumatra, Indonesia during 10-11 October 2018.
• Visited Techno India University, India, during 2-4 October 2018 for the collaboration purpose. He was conferred upon the honorary D Litt. for his contribution.
• Attended the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) conference held in CUFE, China during 14th-15th September 2018. 
• Participated 30th-anniversary ceremony of the Changchun University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) establishment, Changchun, China during 14th-15th September 2018. He was conferred upon the Guest Professorship for his great contribution to the development of academic relations between DIU & CUFE by Li Shufeng, President, CUFE.
• Attended the Closing Ceremony of Asian Summer Program (ASP) 2018 on July 27, 2018 at Dongseo University, Korea.
• Joined the ACD High-Level Round Table Meeting of ACD-University Network (ACD-UN), which will be held from 20th- 22nd July 2018 at Siam University, Bangkok, Thailand.
• Joined the 1st Joint International Conference AUAP & IAUP and the  33rd AUAP Annual Conference which takes place from 11 to 12 July 2018 in Surabaya, Indonesia.
• Joined as the Keynote Speaker at 8th Said Business School, Oxford University International Conference at University of Oxford during 9th and 10th of July 2018. He has been given honorary Fellowship for his contribution in the area of Education during the conference.
• Mr. Khan attended Global Entrepreneurship Congress 2018 (GEC 2018) in Istanbul, Turkey during April 16-19 and conducted a session on “STEM + the Future of Work”.

2017 

• Participated the International Conference as a Panel speaker and Chair of a session on Future Work Organizations: Perspectives, Issues, and Challenges 29th & 30th December 2017, organized by Sona School of Management, at Goa University, Goa, India.
• Delivered a lecture class on Entrepreneurship and Leadership at the University Sari Mutiara (USM), Indonesia. Approximately 500 students and a good number of faculty members looked very interactive. Honorable Rector Ivan Elisabeth Purba showed traditional hospitality and arrangement.
• "International Conference on Science and Technology Innovation (ICoSTI) 2017" in Indonesia during 11-13 Dec as the Keynote Speaker at Grandhika Hotel – Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia.
• Joined as a panelist in 1st Technology Investment Meeting (TIM 2017), on December 3 - 5, 2017 in Pardis Technology Park, Tehran, Iran.
• Joined the 16th Asian University Presidents Forum (AUPF) on November 21-23, 2017 at the Dusit Thani Hotel Manila, Philippines. The submitted paper titled “Employability 360 Degree for Ensuring Employment_A Case Study of Daffodil International University” and presented the topic on “Industry Meets Education” during the plenary session. Signed MOUs with 14 universities.
• Attended the launching of the 25th Anniversary of Panpacific University North Philippines on November 23, 2017, at the Grand Ballroom of Dusit Thani Hotel, Makati City, Philippines.
• Joined the 32nd AUAP Annual Conference Xi’an International University, Xi’an City, China, November 7-10, 2017 presented a paper during the plenary session in front of more than 300 participants from 64 universities titled ‘Incorporating Entrepreneurship in Education’. Signed MOU with 9 universities.
• Participate the International Cultural Week organized by Sias International University, China on 4th November 2017 and spoke to the students on "Sharing experience in light of entrepreneurial leadership to become the best innovative & technology-oriented doer in the society".

• Visited Adam University, Kyrgyzstan for collaboration purpose during 14-21 September 2017.

• Received World Congress of IT (WCIT) 2017 Merit Award for Daffodil International University. In presence of Honorable Prime Minister, Economics Minister, ICT Minister of Taiwan and few hundred dignitaries, WITSA president, Ms. Yovvone Chiu handed the award over to Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, DIU on 12th September 2017 at Gala dinner in Taiwan.

• Joined WITSA Board of Directors’ Meeting at TICC (Convention Center), Taipei City, Taiwan during 10 September 2017.

• Visited World’s best Sports Medical center Terme Selce, Croatia on 10th July 2017.
• Joined the 18th International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) Triennial Conference in Vienna, Austria during July 5th – 8th, 2017 and presented a paper on titled ‘Industry-University Collaboration: A Way for Innovation and Employment’ on the theme ‘Industry meets Education’. Handed over DIU souvenir to new President and Secretary-General of IAUP Dr. Kakha Shengelia and Dr. Gerald Reisinger respectively.

• Attended the 6th Annual Global Inclusion Awards 2017 – held on 03 May 2017 at the historic Meistersaal in Berlin, Germany.

• Attended the Bangladesh Trade & Investment Summit 2016, at Royale Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 5th December 2016, jointly organized by BMCCI.

• Joined the IAU 15th General Conference, IAU hosted by Siam University, Bangkok, Thailand during 13th to 16th November 2016.
• Joined a lunch meeting with on 3rd November 2016 in Tokyo, Japan hosted by Gunma University, Japan.
• Attended the Asian University Presidents Forum 2016 from 30th October to 2nd November 2016 at Keio Plaza, Tokyo, hosted by Asia University, Tokyo, Japan. He presented a paper presentation on “Establishing Innovative Collaboration in Higher Education in Asia” during the event.
• Attended the 11th Convocation of UniMAP, Malaysia on 22nd October 2016.
• Attended World Export Development Forum 2016, Colombo, Sri Lanka during 12-13 October 2016.
• Attended the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) board meeting in Brazil during 1-2 October 2016. He has been re-elected as the Chairman of Global Trade Committee, WITSA for 2017-18.

• Joined as the Chief Guest to Valedictory Program at 6th Annual Global Convention cum Award Ceremony 'Sankalp-2016', hosted by MTC Global, International School of Management Excellence, Bangalore, India during 16-17 September 2016. He has been awarded "MTC Global Outstanding Corporate Award- ICT 2016".

• Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Honorable Chairman, DIU has delivered his Speech of the Commencement Exercises at the 23rd Commencement Exercises of Panpacific University, North Philippines on the 16th of April 2016, held at the PNUP premises.
• Mr. Md. Sabur Khan visited Hertford College. Oxford, UK, on 25th March 2016 due to collaboration purpose.
• Mr. Md. Sabur Khan visited Fort Hays State University, a public, co-educational university located in Hays, Kansas, United States on 17th-18th March 2016. An MOU signed with this university.
• Mr. Md. Sabur Khan joined ACE2016— 98th Annual Meeting, Main Conference Hotel, San Francisco Marriot Marquis, the USA from 12-15 March 2016.
• Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Global Trade Committee; Director, World IT Services Alliances (WITSA) and former President, Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) joined WITSA BOD and Committee Meetings & AIIA Summit, held at Hotel Kurrajong,  Canberra, Australia from March 08-10, 2016.
• Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Honorable Chairman, DIU led a delegation from Daffodil International University (DIU) to the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) High-Level Meeting on Asia Academic Collaboration, held in Siam University, Bangkok, Thailand on 24th and 25th February 2016. Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) elected him as the Executive Council member and Task Force Member for Education Network in Asia.

• Presented his keynote speech on “Asian Higher Education Connectivity: Vision, Process and Approach” and his paper on “Asian Connectivity through Entrepreneurial Education: A Case Study of Bangladesh” in AUPF ’s proceedings.
• Delegated IAU 2015 International Conference on Internationalization of Higher Education: Moving beyond mobility held in University of Siena, Italy, on 28-30 October 2015.
• Visited Catholic University San Antonio of Murcia (UCAM) on 9th October 2015.
• Attended 'The 27th Annual European Association for International Education (EAIE) Conference ' 2015 that took place in Glasgow, Scotland from 15 to 18 September 2015. This Conference is the largest international higher education conference in Europe with 5050 participants from 90 countries of the globe. Meeting held with 100+ university representatives.
• Delegated University Science and Technology (UST), Korea and had a successful collaborative meeting on August 27, 2015.
• Delegated Chungnam National University (CNU), Korea and had a successful collaborative meeting with President, Vice President, Dean and other top management of CNU on August 26, 2015.
• Joined Launching Ceremony of Global Access Asia, the largest E-education network, with 65+ university leaders from different Asian countries, held at Dongseo University (DSU) in Busan, South Korea from August 23 to 25, 2015. 
• Visited Malaysia from 31 July to 13 August for business purpose.
• Visited the USA from 19 May to 01 June for business purpose.
• Delegated “Global Education Dialogues, South Asia Series: English, Skills and Employability 'Trinity or Trilemma?' -  6 & 7 May 2015 – Colombo, Sri Lanka organized by British Council.
• He was the Keynote Speaker at 1st International Joint Conference Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh and Ireland (IJCIMBI) 2015 on 27-28 April 2015 held at He delivered a welcome speech of the same. Has been elected as the Visiting Professor of UUI.
• Visited University Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) for collaboration purpose and sighed MoA on 25 April 2015.
• Visited Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA)  and signed a Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) on behalf of DIUon 21 April 2015.
• He was one of the Talk Show Speakers of “Business and I.T. Festival III, 2015” in Universiti Malaysia Sabah – Labuan International Campus (UMSLIC) on 19 April 2015. He inaugurated the same program on 18th April 2015.
• Daffodil International University (DIU) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with University College of Applied Sciences for Management and IT, Minerva, Croatia on 25 March 2015 at Minerva, Croatia. Ms. Zlata Bozic, Chairman, University College of Applied Sciences for Management and IT, Minerva, Croatia and Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Daffodil International University and Daffodil Group were the signatory from both sides of the institution.

• Professor Dato Dr. Mazlin bin Mokhtar. As per discussion, DIU will shortly take initiative to set up an exclusive Research Institute to work together with UKM. The decision of setting up a Malaysian language Center in Daffodil also came out.
• Convocation Of  Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) as 'Guest Of Honour' with  Her Royal Highness Tuanku Aishah Rohani (Honorable Chancellor, USIM), Mr. YAM Tunku (Honorable Pro-Chancellor, USIM), Professor Dato, Dr. Musa Ahmad (Honorable Vice-Chancellor, USIM), Prof. Emeritus Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Haji Abdul Shukor Bin Haji Husin (Honorable Chairman, Board Of Directors, USIM). The convocation was held on 15th to 16th November 2014 at USIM Grand Hall, Malaysia. However, Mr. Khan also visited UniMAP at Perlis, Malaysia for collaboration purpose between DIU and UniMAP during the same visit.

• Met Ms. Aung San Suu Kyi, Nobel Laureate for Peace and Chairperson of National League for Democracy, Myanmar and shared lot of issues and handed over DIU’s souvenir and invitation letter on 29th June 2014 in Yangon, Myanmar.
• Achieved “World Quality Congress and Awards 2014”  in a program on 27th and 28th June 2014 at TajLands End, Mumbai. Presented paper on “Shift of the next generation: Key to unlocking the maximum potential of organizations in the coming years”.
• US-Bangladesh Tech Investment Summit 2014 is going to be organized by BASIS on 16-17 May 2014 in Silicon Valley, Santa Clara, California, USA. Attended UN Child & Youth Finance International High-Level Stakeholders Meeting, TiEcon MentorConnect 2014.
• Attended IAUP XVll Triennial Conference 2014 held at Yokohama in Japan on June 11-14, 2014.
• Burkina Faso Singapore Business Forum 2014 hosted by Singapore Business Federation on 24 Apr 2014.
